Perfect Work Out!

This is a brilliant way to work out, have fun and tone your body. The system sets goals for you, you can program your workout to do the same thing each time or vary it yourself. I could not be more pleased. I've used it for a little less than three weeks and have lost 6 pounds and am much more fit and trim than I have been in quite some time. The kids love it too! I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

Great way to help you stay in shape.I wouldn't recommend using this in place of real exercise, but I have heard of people losing a good amount of weight with the wii fit. It has fun games and a nice range of fitness activities. There is an aerobic step you can do that you can watch tv while you step, love it!

It is much more sturdier than I expected. It is fun and a lot more sensitive than I expected it to be. Also, it's nice to have a polite asian female voice telling me that I'm obese.

Enjoying the exercise

I received my Wii Fit Plus for Christmas. I had been wanting one since buying one for my daughter. I have really enjoyed the increased exercise. The product offers so much variety and it is fun. It has been a cold winter and it has been wonderful having the opportunity to exercise during the cold, windy and wet winter.

An excellent motivational tool

For years I have struggled with weight and I have tried and failed many times to consistently go to the gym. It seemed the only way for me to lose weight was to starve myself slowly over time.I was miserable, grumpy, irritable. For Christmas last year my mother got me Wii Fit Plus and I was excited for it at first. I had this weird notion that it was going to be the answer to my problem and that in no time I would get my body to be where I wanted it to be.

After using the Wii every morning for a month I haven't lost any weight but I noticed a definite change in my attitude. I was happy excited, waking up with incredible ease. I realized then that this was not a weight-loss solution, but the motivational tool that I needed to give me the impetus to go and take action. I had a gym membership that languished for three years, that I was paying for everything, but in the last three months since I started using it I find myself looking forward to get home from workspace and go to the gym.

The bottom line is that this will not make you simply build muscle, but rather it will keep the motivation to go and be more active. Almost everyone some motivation to change their life definitely will help you motivate yourself to take better care of your body and your life.
